By filling out a waiver of liability and submitting it to the 10th Mountain Division Hut Association you are: 1) releasing liability 2) waiving certain legal rights and 3) entering into a legally binding contract. A waiver of liability is a legally binding contract whether you submit it electronically, by mail or otherwise deliver it to 10th Mountain Division Hut Association.
